Beginning their careers as curtain wall installers, they developed a deep understanding of the skills required for seamless installations. Luke has also spent over a decade as a senior manager for a major contractor, overseeing diverse crane operations across numerous projects. With a wealth of experience in safety management and hands-on glazing, they launched Midland Cranes to offer reliable, skilled crane services tailored to industry needs.
